Nothing new today. I found a great basal body temperature charting website that I’ll include later today on this post.

Here’s a downloadable link to a pdf for charting on your own: http://www.womenshealth.gov/pregnancy/mom-to-be-tools/basal-temperature-chart.pdf

Here’s the online charting link: www.fertilityfriend.com. This site is free and when you sign up you get certain privileges for 30 days; then, you can upgrade later to continue using those options. I’ll be trying it for the next month. Thus far it is easy and gives you an instant way to chart, plus it has a lot of information on cervical mucus and basal body temperature readings and what to look for when ovulating.

Happy charting!

:)
